Senator Rafael Edward "Ted" Cruz, citizen by birth of Canada, has conspired with 46 other Senators to violate the terms of the Logan Act and the U.S. Constituion by superseding the division of powers by directly to the country of Iran considered to be a possible terrorist state. Under the Logan Act his actions could be considered treason against the United States. Inasmuch as Senator Cruz actively supports the repatriation of foreign nationals who have violated the law, Ted Cruz should be stripped of his supposed US citizenship derived through his mother who may not have registered his birth as an American born outside the U.S and repatriated to his native country or his father's native country of Cuba.
