This petition calls for student loan repayment to be made using pre-tax dollars similar to concept of tax deferred retirement savings. This will make student loans more manageable and we will see debt actual go down because of the increased ability to pay due to more money to pay. This along with repayment plans already in place is a winning combination. Payroll deductions can be setup to go straight to government to deter abuse.
