Repeal 10 CFR 26.205 rules that arbitrarily limit the allowable work hours and thus, the earning power of US citizens.

Created by G.C. on November 17, 2012

The working hours dictated by 10 CFR 26.205 are arbitrary and unsubstantiated by data. The law is an example of the US Government infringing on the ability of US citizens to compete in the free market. The law targets people who work at nuclear plants, but is part of the groundwork for spreading socio-labor regulatory controls to all working Americans. Regulatory controls are one means to manipulate the economic gap between classes. Americans need to stand against such "laws" as they creep into the workplace to maintain a competitive and free market. The mainstays of Socialism are the defeat of the workforces' aspiration for acheiving a higher standard of living (apathy) and the subtle relinquishment of basic freedoms of choice in the name of improved and more secure society (control).
