Enacting the right for Active Drilling Reserve Armed Forces of America Service Members to draw there full disability compensation while actively drilling in their Armed Forces Reserve components. 10 USC 12316 restricts members of the armed forces from collecting their disability benefits while serving in the United States Armed Forces Reserve. If a service member was injured while serving in any component of the United States Armed Forces, is further obligated under contract, the United States Government has a obligation to compensate said service member pursuant Title 38 U.S.C. Section 1151.
