The right to vote has been corrupted by the African population. Furthermore, the African population continues to damage society. Therefore, their rights MUST be rescinded as soon as possible. By repealing the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments to the US Constitution, we will be able to control the situation, and by ratifying the Corwin amendment, slavery will be reintroduced.
