Repeal the 13th and 19th amendments.

These two amendments have effectively allowed people, who use more than they produce to vote. The majority of them, statistically, vote liberal. For the welfare state. So they can continue to leech off of hard working Americans tax dollars. While all they do is sit at home and do drugs. It has put this country into such a fast downward spiral. That if it does not change soon, we will be a third world country by 2020.
