Every child born within the US boarders must have proof that one (1) or more of their parents are legal US citizens. When the parents citizenship has been proven and verified only than will the child be a legal US citizen, with all legal rights and privileges that every citizen is aloud. Proving and verifying that one (1) or more parents are citizens will allow for the child and parents to apply for US citizenship. By doing this will help make our boarders more secure, and take the burden off of taxpayers from paying for every undocumented immigrant born or relocated to the US without the proper documentation.
