Repeal the 14th Amendment, which automatically grants U.S. Citizenship to children born in the U.S. to foreign parents

The 14th amendment automatically grants citizenship to anyone born within the United States, regardless of the citizenship of the person's parents. This amendment encourages foreign visitors (legal or illegal) to give birth to children in the US for purposes of gaining citizen. Very few other countries have such a provision.
