By repealing the 16th Amendment and replacing it with a fair tax or federal tax on goods bought. Downsizing the IRS and restructure the organization allowing the tax payer to keep his or her untaxed check minus payment for social security. This would increase buying power due to the fact the American Citizen having more money to spend. All illegal aliens, visitors to the U.S., the rich, poor would pay the same no more separation of classes and the citizens would be able to afford the costly health care. By having a decrease in federal IRS workers the country will save on salary, bonuses and benefits etc....
