The 16th and 17th amendment of the Constitution needs to be repealed. The 4th amendment needs to be honored. The Constitution does not allow the Federal Government to tax the individual person. That was suppose to be left to the States to levy taxes in their own State on products, not the people. Then the Federal Government is to collect a percentage of the taxes from the States. We need to gain back what our original Constitution says on how taxes should be paid and collected and levied. Property Taxes are blatantly against the Constitution. The Constitution says that everyone has the right to own their own property.The Government--State or Federal--is not allowed to ever tax our property according to the 4th amendment.
