Repeal the 17th amendment. Allow states the checks and balances afforded under the 10th amendment.

Created by L.B. on January 13, 2014

The repeal of the 17th amendment will give the states the checks and balances back under the 10th amendment it was originally given in the constitution. Both the states and the people were given representation to the federal government. The 17th amendment voided many of the checks and balances given under the 10th amendment, such as taxation, laws and abusive federal government violation using the supremacy clause not originally given in the original text by the founding fathers.
