Repeal the 17th Ammendment to the Constitution which made U.S. Senators elected by popular vote instead of being appointed by state legislatures. This would restore the State's representation in the federal legislative system and break the two-party monopoly system that has crippled our economy and wasted tax payer dollars. The States would be able to have more collective power and the federal government would be in a more checks and balanced system, while not imposing unfunded mandates on the States.
