Repeal 18 USC Sec. 922 (o)(2)(A) in the interests of National Security and the protection of the American people.

Created by F.R. on March 13, 2016

18 USC 922 (o)(2)(A) effectively diminishes the ability of the American people to obtain weapons that are in common use by military, terrorists and criminal organizations that pose serious National Security risks to the United States.
The government, through this law, has effectively tied the hands of law abiding citizens (by making necessary instruments unobtainable) and prevented them from having the necessary tools to take up arms against foreign invaders or attackers.
In the interests of National Security, and the protection of the American people, the government must repeal this section of the Firearm Owners Protection Act.
