Repeal the 1986 Hughes Amendment and to open a Machine Gun Registry.

Created by O.P. on November 15, 2012

The Hughes Amendment was not properly voted into the Constitution the day of April 10, 1986. This amendment is not legitimate due to a clerical error. Here are two links for evidence:

The opening of a Machine Gun Registry would allow all law abiding citizens of the United States to have access to machine guns and machine gun parts. These citizens would still pay the $200 tax stamp currently required to own most NFA items. The Hughes Amendment is a blatant violation of the 2nd amendment. It is considered unconstitutional by the 2nd Amendment and therefore should be rendered null and void.
