We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Repeal the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act

Created by B.A. on May 31, 2016

Repeal the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act and hold manufacturers liable for injury caused by their vaccines to take one step toward undoing harm perpetrated by pharma companies pursuing profit over efficacy.

As congress reviews the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act they will be reminded that all vaccines should be classified as pharmaceutical drugs and tested accordingly. Congress should pursue investigation of the CDC related to questions of efficacy and recommend solutions to it's oversight if appropriate.
