Cease use of AUMC and FISA (post 9/11) powers immediately, and introduce legislation to repeal them to Congress.
Close the PRISM program (and those like it), and issue a public statement of apology for the constitutional violation of the NSA domestic spying program(s), and censure John Inglis, Director NSA, and Eric Holder, US Attorney General for violating 4th and 5th amendment rights, and restrictions codified in FISA.
