Repeal the 22nd amendment to the Constitution

This petition is intended to make a third term possible for any sitting President. There are times when extraordinary individuals are elected to the highest post in our country. To cut short the aspirations and positive goals of such an individual is to cut short the progress and evolution of our democracy.Be they republican or democrat, to limit a gifted legislator would be to limit all Americans. Too often, the restrictions of 2 terms in office tends to restrict the advancement and development of America. This is not a petition to create a 'President for life', but a petition to grant a third term to any President able to earn a mandate from the American people in a general election.
