This will allow America to stop hurting. We need a former President back so America may get stronger. Obama could be re-elected for a 3rd term, but most of all we need Bill Clinton back as President of the United States of America. We need to allow for 3rd terms and propose the 28th Amendment to allow for a 3rd term as President. This is a similar wish to H.J.Res.15.
