Repeal the 22nd Amendment

Created by J.S. on November 25, 2012

The 22nd Amendment was passed during a period of reaction to President Franklin Rooseveldt's 4-terms. Times have changed, and no other branch of Government currently has any term limit imposed by anoher branch. Thus, the 22nd Amendment is an example of the improper application of the Constitutional policy of checks and balances between the branches.
