To simply put it. Obama has signd these executive orders without taking into account their effects. These orders only restrict guns for legal use by civilians. It does nothing to restrict and/or prevent guns from reaching criminal organizations. We see these executive orders as a breach in the power of the presidency. All factors were not concidered. This petition is for the repeal of those 23 executive orders relating to gun control.
