We cannot lose any more of our children to senseless gun violence.
When the 2nd amendment was created, guns had to be loaded one shot at a time. No doubt the founders would weep with regret at the events of Dec. 14th if they were among us today, and saw what the 2nd amendment had become and allowed.
Let the states decide how they will proceed with respect to gun control. Let those who believe that guns keep us safer live with them, and let those who do not live without them.
Perhaps then we will be able to accurately assess the merits of each policy.
