Repeal the 2nd Ammendment. In the same way America relized the failure of the 18th Ammendment, so the 2nd has failed.

As America has realized, from time to time the Constitution has to be Ammended. We did so with the Bill of RIghts. We continued to do so over the years. We saw the failure of the 18th Ammendment and repealed it. Now it is time to do the same with the Second Ammendment. A citizen milita is no longer needed. An new ammendment requiring licensing, registration, full background checks, including a psychiatric workup, no mailorder sales, photo id for all purchases of Guns and Ammo, etc. The NRA says "you will get my gun when you pry it out of my cold dead hands," what about the bullets that the Funeral Directors had to pull out of the bodies of the cold dead children?
