The 2nd Ammendment was adopted on Dec 15, 1791 protecting the right of people to keep and bear arms, for the 18th century, NOT the 21st century.
It is sad and disgusting that groups such as the National Rifle Association support and defend this right in this century, especially when they find ways to explain the importance of 'more guns' while we watch caskets carrying small children parade by on the TV screen.
Mr. Obama, you were re-elected based on your beliefs and support of our country - PLEASE find it in your interest to repeal this ammendment. For us, and for our children.
