This is a formal request to Repeal 42 U.S.C 7521, due to the overwhelming attention this is gaining nationwide we are asking that this standard be eliminated.

The cost to maintain the standards set by this requirement, are increasing and costing owners, and operators, millions of dollars annually and we Believe this is only to generate revenue for manufacturers, repair facilities and the government entites.
