Homeland Security has incorporated the "seizure of firearms" into their "State of Emergency" instructions for nationwide law enforcement officials. This needs to be replaced with encouraging law abiding citizens to retain firearms for their own protection and to protect others. They enhance and increase the effectiveness of law enforcement during a crises. Issue "Right to Bear Arms" id card to show officers during crises.
