Repeal Act 211 of the of the Omnibus Appropriations Act of 1998 placed on Cuba revolving its Havana Rum.

Created by A.H. on March 10, 2014

Section 211 of the Omnibus Appropriations Act was placed on Cuba, and is wrongfully still placed. It limits Cuba of their desired Trademarks such as Havana Rum. It is bi-est to have this law written upon the Cuban government, we would not stand if this happened to the United States. The EU has locked horns with us in the WTO (World Trade Organization) and even filled the compliant against us. Section 211 of is against TRIPS, which is written by the World Trade Organization which only gives us more reason to come fourth and Repeal this Specific section.
