The Affordable Care Act violates the Constitution and civil liberties. The Act is expensive and comes with high premiums and high deductibles. Certain groups are exempt while the average American citizen is forced into this program. Many Americans can not afford the premiums and deductibles nor the fines for not being able to purchase insurance. In addition, the Affordable Care Act would add more to our national debt which we can not afford. Hard working Americans lose there insurance coverage or have seen their premiums increase as a result of this law. It should be repealed because it also places a large financial burden on small business owners.
