THE FOLLOWING ARE REASONS TO REMOVE EFFECT OF THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT (Colloquially "ObamaCare"):
1) Violation therein of The Ninth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, which reads:
"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
We, the People of the United States of America, have a right to hold a health insurance policy, or refrain therefrom, at our discretion. Imposing fines or tax penalties on those persons and businesses who do not hold health insurance policies is a clear violation of the above amendment, in that it forces those people and individuals to waive the right to remain uninsured without penalty, a right not expressly enumerated in the Constitution.
