Repeal the Affordable Care Act and return to the healthcare system in place prior to October 1, 2013. Millions of Americans satisfied with their current health insurance plans will not be able to keep their plans due to stringent minimum standards established by the Act. Most healthy Americans will pay higher premiums and deductibles where ceilings will never be reached. As a result of high deductibles, individuals will pay 100 percent of the cost for their healthcare out of pocket in addition to the monthly premiums. Insurance companies will be the only winners when it comes to the Affordable Care Act. A better solution is needed. The Affordable Care Act is not a sound solution.
