This petition is in place to repeal the Affordable Care Act. The act is unconstitutional under the First Amendment of the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The program is flawed, the program forces Americans to enroll, even though it violates our rights, and if we do not enroll, again it violates our rights.
