Repeal the Affordable Care Act, Medicare, and Medicaid, and replace all with complete Socialized Medicine.

Once the Affordable Care Act, Medicare, and Medicaid are repealed, then create a tax that every American pays from their source of income that is less than 4% and have that go to pay for Health Care for all Americans. If any American needs Health care or dental care, then they just walk into the appropiate health care office and the procedure is taken care of and paid for by the tax. The model should be based on Europe. No American should be turned away from Health Care and should be able to receive Health Care when ever they need it. Also because of this system, there will be no need for Health or dental insurance companies. The only insurance companies that should still exist would be car and home insurances.
