I understand the premises behind the affordable healthcare act, the issue is the penalty. Its unjust to be penalized for opting out of a choice, its unlawful to as "we the people" to be forced to have healthcare insurance by a penalty. As shown in history, when decisions are forced upon, retaliation begins. Its a basic Understanding that having healthcare is essential if all "we the people" can afford it, "we the people" would. There are those that have healthcare coverage to avoid the penalty with a plan that does nothing for them-The plan that is effective for them are extremely expensive. Some would rather pay the penalty due to not being able to afford healthcare coverage- How does this help "we the people". I can go into several scenarios- simply, "we can't afford this tax penalty.
