Repeal Affordable Care Act Until Objective Third Parties Can Suggest Measures to Improve Its Impact on the Middle Class

This petition is important because the federal government is refusing to respond, in a meaningful way, the financially devastating effects of the Affordable Care Act on the middle class. Especially those middle class families that fall outside of the income bracket that receives tax credits. We the People would like the government to supply information about the economic impact of the recent premium increases. What percentage of Americans and families fall outside of the income bracket receiving tax credits? We would also ask what, if anything, the federal government proposes to alleviate the rate of premium increases by insurance companies over the coming years, since drastic increases appear to be on the horizon not only this year, but the next.
