Repeal ALL copyright censorship acts and to encourage the COPY RIGHT HOLDERS to sue for shutdown if they have a problem

to repeal the internet piracy act of 2012 and ALL similar acts. and to define piracy with the intent to make money off of a copy righted idea. this protects and encourages the sharing of video of anime that you can't find on chunkyroll.com or HULU. if a specific party has an issue with this sharing they shall be require by law through due process to get the site or video off the internet. this also means that the above stated act is UNCONSTITUTIONAL not requiring due process. this is a petition to eliminate internet censorship not to encourage the "voiding" of copy rights. if such voiding of copy right does happen the parties involved shall be required to sue each other and request the proper punishment like the removal of copy righted materials off a site.
