This petition is requesting Government to remove the current tax code that is outrageously long and institute a flat tax system where all citizens (excluding poverty and extremely low level income house holds) to pay the same percentage of income. The petition also requests Government to add an amendment to not allow spending to exceed its income with the exception of war with another civilization and approved by congress.
