The Second Amendment to the US Constitution:
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
All federal firearm and explosive laws and regulations must be repealed. All federal licenses for firearms and explosives must be eliminated. The Bureau of the ATFE must be abolished. The control of firearms and explosives is a state issue.
The above mentioned is a violation of the Second Amendment of the US Constitution, A violation of the rights and civil liberties of US citizens, and a violation of state's rights. Also because of the above mentioned the national security of the US is compromised.
