We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Repeal all federal gun control laws.

Created by K.N. on July 12, 2016

The Federal government is only authorized to perform actions that are specifically listed in the U.S. Constitution. There is no provision authorizing it to restrict ownership of firearms. In fact there is contained in the partial list of rights of the people an affirmation that we have a right to own and bear firearms without infringement. We demand that the government repeal all gun control regulations at once. It has been shown in study after study that where there are citizens with guns, there is safety from criminals.
