We The People feel that any and all gun Laws that are currently on the books are, in fact, an infringement upon our Second Amendment Right, and therefore Unconstitutional. Also, any Felon, who has completed his or her punishment for their crimes, have all rights restored immediately upon completion of their punishment, unless crimes were of a violent and or gun related nature. As a "Right" is just that, something that is yours, something that cannot be taken away. They are not called "the Bill Of Privileges"
