Repeal all laws that infringe upon the right of the people to keep and bear arms, formally known as the Second Amendment

This Amendment was put into writing by our founding fathers as a means to ensure that we the people could protect ourselves from any threat both foreign and domestic, restrictions on our arms are not part of the amendment and should remain as such. Laws such as the semi-auto long rifle ban that California is considering is one such example as it denies a person's right to own a firearm that he or she has every right to own as stated in the Second Amendment and is therefore unconstitutional.
