repeal all laws on organ donors & mandate on driver's license forms that a choice must be made whether or not to donate

Currently the United States administers various forms through the Department of Motor Vehicles regarding individual consent of becoming an organ donor. However, the lack of clarity for individuals as to where they stand on the issue because the box on the form is not mandatory to fill out. If you missed it and want to be an organ donor, oh well. Instead of this system that leaves citizens wondering how to donate, if they are a donor, or confused on thier beliefs, the United States should standarized a system that mandates citizens renewing thier licenses or state issued identification cards to chose: would you like to be an organ donor? would you not like to be an organ donor? No debate. No opt in or opt out. Be a donor, or don't. But make a choice and take a stand.
