Repeal all legislation that allows for spying, either foreign or domestic, re-instating the 4th amendment in full.

The 4th amendment was created to guarantee the rights of the people to privacy in their own home and of their own personal possession's. Legislation such as the Patriot Act, SOPA/PIPA, TPP, and many more have/are slowly taken away all privacy rights of not only Americans, but of citizens of other countries' worldwide as well. The government has admitted, because leaks of information forced them, that they have access to information of our personal devices, possessions, and of things that take place in our own home. By the 4th amendment, the government, nor anyone, has the right to personal information of your personal devices or anything that takes place in your home without probable cause. So either the government assumes we are all criminals, or they themselve are breaking the law.
