Repeal all legislature banning the sale, in any state, of any "assault" weapons. An arm is an arm; let us keep and bear

Created by P.W. on February 09, 2014

There is no valid excuse for infringement on the second amendment. Never, before laws banning the sale of high-capacity magazines, select-fire weapons, or any other criterion defining an "assault weapon," did any entity establish to what degree regulation becomes infringement. The implied meaning of the term infringement was that any limitation on what firearm the militia could posses is an infringement. Any law passed preventing a person from buying a firearm affects only law-abiding citizens. Criminals with the intent of illegally possessing a firearm will more than likely do so, regardless of the law. By providing a less restrictive possession policy, the law-abiding citizens have a better ability to ensure safety from criminals.
