Repeal all White House staff raises and budgets. If they're not producing results, then no raises! Share the pain!

Since the White House has is telling America that they must pay for the problems created by our government, problems largely created by those who work in the white house, why is it fair for those who created the problems to recieve any pay increase? Why shouldn't they take pay cuts since the tax payer pays their salary, and we the tax payer is also having to pay for the policies that are creating the difficulties in the United States. Any pay raises and bonuses paid over the past 4 years should be rescinded and an across the board 10% decrease in salary should be enacted immediately.
