The right to vote shall be given to any person who meets ONE of the following criteria:
1) Any person who is currently, or has previously served in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.
2) Any person who has worked 40 quarters (10 years) and paid income taxes during that period.
Age would be completely eliminated as a prerequisite for voting rights. (Some could vote at 18, some would get there in their 20's, some even in their 30's, some maybe never). But all who vote will have shown that they have a real investment in the overall security & success of this great country.
A Voter Registration Card with Photo would become a requirement at the polls.
