Time for the leadership of this country to introduce an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to stop the insanity of allowing any and all persons access to automatic and semi automatic weapons. Ensure that the only people who do have access to those weapons are in fact members of the armed forces of the United States. Limit ownership of weapons to one weapon per one person living over the age of twenty one.
