The NDAA and Patriot Act is too broadly written and can be misconstrued to include US Citizens on US Soil; it needs to be clarified and specifically written to specifically not include US Citizens.
We cannot allow "fear" to drive our society, especially in the form of law making by "knee-jerking" reactions to immediate problems where mistakes like (NY) Gov. Andrew Cuomo's law making style which was written so fast that it "accidentally" prohibited police officers.
We need to take our time, revisit, rethink, and specify clearly the problems so that it does not infringe on the rights of the individual citizens in the United States.
