On Tuesday, 6/25/2013, 11:18 AM, Wendy Davis began to Filibuster the Anti-Abortion Bill in the Texas State Senate.
She was doing her job successfully, until she received a third strike essentially for her topic of the Sonogram Laws in texas in 2011. It was deemed Non-Germane to the topic of Abortion.
The bill later passed after 12 AM on wednesday, breaking senate rule (61 S.J. Reg. 956 (1969)). After a succesful filibuster of State Senator, Wendy Davis, they ignored a ruling passing a bill illegally.
Disregarding Leticia Van de Putte's Efforts proving an out of order ruling on the senate president's part.
Disregarding the many women screaming outside the senate house. Arresting innocent bystanders. Ignoring the people
