Repeal the current ban on the re-importation of historical M1 Garand rifles used in WWII. These rifles are highly sought after by military collectors, as they are the rifle that won the war. This ban should be considered unconstitutional because semi-automatic firearms are not illegal, yet the Obama administration took it upon themselves to ban the most famous rifle in American history from being re-imported to its rightful country. This is a ridiculous and unconstitutional ban and needs to be repealed now. If this ban will not be repealed, the public deserves a valid explanation as to why, especially since semi-automatic firearms are not illegal. This is a low capacity, historical rifle, with no valid reason to be banned.
