Repeal the ban on traversing while occupying ones pockets with ones fallanges while wearing a military uniform.

We the people of the United States Military feel that it does not detract grossly from the appearance in uniform. When in inclement weather such as rain snow or any cold weather operation one should be able to have the full use of pockets. And with the advent of the growing price and falling pay of military members, ones pockets make a good substitute for gloves.
