The Biggert-Waters Act allows FEMA/the NFIP to charge exhorbitant flood insurance premiums beginning in 2014- up to over $30,000 per year. This will force tens of thousands of middle & lower income homeowners to lose their homes, & the total destruction of local economies across the nation.
